At Clean Therapy LLC, we're committed to providing our clients with top-quality and reliable cleaning services. To ensure that we're able to provide the best possible service, we have established the following policies:
Invoicing:
We require all clients to set up invoicing with a card on file for payments. Payment will be processed at the completion of the cleaning service.
Cancelation Policy:
We understand that things come up and plans change. However, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning services. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in a $40 fee.
Gas Charge / COVID Fees:
In certain circumstances, such as traveling outside of our service area or during times of heightened risk due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a gas charge or COVID fee may apply. We will inform you of any additional fees when you schedule your cleaning service.
Starting Rates:
Our starting rates for residential cleaning services are $110.00+ per hour for two cleaners and $165.00 per hour for three cleaners. There is a minimum of two hours for all cleaning services, unless approved prior to service.
Hazard Fees:
In the event of bodily fluids from humans or pets, a hazard fee may apply. This fee covers the additional cleaning and sanitation required to ensure the safety and health of our cleaners and clients.
